Rockhampton betting tips

We have another huge 12 race card to sort through and find some winners at . Spring has finally arrived, let us warm you up with some good bets along with our quaddie selections. Good luck punting and may we some winners!

BEST BET: HE'S NOSEY (Race 12)

We will need to be patient and wait until the last race for the best bet on tonight's program, that being the Craig Emery-trained He's Nosey (box 3). This son of Yogi Blue won impressively last Wednesday night from box three, thrashing Blazing Brothers by nearly seven lengths. That was his first look at the Rockhampton circuit so there could be more improvement to come, but he still clocked a good 23.93 seconds. A repeat of that run will see him winning again as no other greyhound in this race has broken 24 seconds at this track and distance. The -trained Until Late (box 4) looks the main danger.

NEXT BEST: UNIFY (Race 11)

The Rob Weeding-trained (box 4) looks the next best bet on the program. Tonight, this daughter of the great resumes off an eight week break. She is the best performed greyhound in this race, having won four races and been placed on another four from 12 career starts. Four starts ago, she won clocking a quick 23.59 seconds which is far superior to any greyhound in this race. Tonight, she looks well drawn with drawn direct inside and a couple of moderate starters drawn outside of her. Expect her to burn past Tarawi Opal off the back straight and record her fifth career win. The Juanita Thompson-trained Rosa's Rita (box 2) looks the only other danger.

BEST VALUE BET: PADDY HARKS (Race 10)

The Gary Weeding-trained (box 7) looks the value bet for the program. This son of Blazin' Bomber is currently in good form and looks a great each way bet. Last start, he narrowly beat Bank Heist from box three, clocking a good 24.05 seconds after being checked a couple of times in the race. He is yet to win from an outside box but does like to wind up when given clear galloping room out wide on the track. Bank Heist (box 3) looks his main danger again tonight from his good low draw, but he can begin slowly on occasions so he might find early trouble.
