Rockhampton Wednesday greyhound tips & odds | November 15, 2023
Rockhampton is set to host an 11-race program on Wednesday night from 6:37pm local time. The meeting is headlined by the likes of Mark Sure Can and Sir Banjo, who will contest respective free-for-all races over the 407m and 510m.
Race 1: Scarsdale (3)
Christine Pollard appears to have a stranglehold on the first event with Blue Ocean View and Scarsdale set to fight out the finish. Scarsdale has started his career in great order, winning two from three races. He was a touch unlucky last start from the wide draw and will be better suited to box three, where he scored in 23.52 just two starts ago. Expect him to find the front with ease and hold out his littermate.

Race 1 –
Form: 112 | Career: 3: 2-1-0 | Trainer: Christine Pollard
Race 4: Cyndie's Hope (1)
Leading Rockhampton trainer Ken Boody has improved Cyndie's Hope out of sight, and she looks likely to chalk up her first win over the longer distance. The daughter of Dyna Double One was only going fairly before producing a personal best of 23.62 over the 407m four starts ago. Since then, she has stepped up to the 510m, where she ran a gallant second behind Pretty Cindy in the Rockhampton Futurity. Pretty Cindy has franked that form with multiple wins at Albion Park since. Cyndie's Hope will enjoy stepping back to restricted grade and can use box one to her advantage.

Race 5: Shell And Sea (3)
This son of Zambora Brockie has been racing consistently without winning. He has placed in four of his past five starts, including a third-place finish over the 600m at Albion Park. He now drops back in grade to a restricted-win contest and has drawn superbly. Tuta Storm inside him has missed the kick in both Rockhampton starts, and Granny's Poor outside likes to use the track. Expect Shell And Sea to avoid early trouble and prove too strong in the concluding stages.
