Wentworth Park Best Bet – Zipping Papalii (Race 2)

Zipping Papalii completed the career hat trick last start, running a fast first section on her way to a quick 29.59 win. She is beautifully placed in this 1-3wins restricted class; however, box six has brought even the best of them undone at this track. With Wraps and Questionable both coming back from Group 1 National Futurity heats, Zipping Papalii will need to show her absolute best at box rise to get across those two dogs. If she leads, she will win easily again.

Next Best – Paua Of Cinda (Race 9)

Paua Of Cinda was superb in picking up Group 2 placed Speedy Pie last start, giving that greyhound many lengths start and charging over the top of him late. She hasn’t drawn well again in box eight, but the seven may give her a perfect trial across to the fence early. She loves Wenty with six wins and six placings from 19 starts. She will need a touch of luck from box eight, as she is up in grade, but the small field suits and if she gets a clean crack at them, she is immensely talented.

Value Bet – Talk About It (Race 7)

Talk About It was first up after a fall in the Group 1 National Derby heats last week, where he didn’t begin well and never got into the race. He is much better than that and the hit-out will have done him the world of good. He will appreciate the drop back to 5th grade and whilst box five looks problematic, there is early pace in this race, and he might be able to get all the favours from this box. He is an up-and-coming star and one to watch who will go around well over the odds with online bookmakers in this race.
