The Sale Greyhound Racing Club () is excited to announce their first race meeting, on the new track, scheduled for Sunday, September 3rd.

This particular race meeting will be a Provincial Full Stakes meeting featuring races at distances over the new track distances of 435 metres, 510 metres and 640 metres.

With brand new racing distances on the track, every greyhound will start with a base grade of Grade 5 on the new track.

The prospect of highly talented greyhounds getting to race their way back through the grades on the upgraded track surface should produce some enticing greyhound betting opportunities.

Sale greyhounds went into recess in January 2023 for the complete rebuild to take place at a cost of over $4 Million.

Originally rebuilt in 2004, this upgrade of the Sale greyhound racing track was deemed necessary to ensure the club's continued success and to meet the demands of its ever-growing patronage.
