Tim Zoo reamains undefeated at the Bendigo 425m start

Tim Zoo stormed home to salute again, staying undefeated at the Bendigo 425m trip on Saturday night.

The -trained chaser started as the hottest commodity in the mixed grade race, paying -250 with greyhound bookmakers.

At box rise, Slippery Shark (+1520 ) got out to lead as Tim Zoo found himself caught midfield before going to work on the rail with a clear path presenting itself.

In the shadows of the post, Tim Zoo delivered a punch as potent as his namesake to beat Slippery Shark by 0.87 of a length in 23.80.

The win on Saturday night was his first start there since July 7, and the victory makes it three wins from three starts at the Bendigo 425m.

Last time out, on October 18, he finished runner-up in the Group 3 Great Chase Final, 4.7 lengths behind kennel-mate Explicit.

The son of and has had seven wins and four placings from 13 starts and has earned $56,640 in prize money for .

In all-in markets for upcoming feature races, he is an $18 chance in the Melbourne Cup on December 2, while he is also a $14 hope in the on February 24.

His kennelmate is the race favorite in both feature races, with another kennelmate also heavily supported.
