A total of 13 nominations have been received for the Zoom Top (730m), while 106 nominations have been submitted for the Australian Cup heats (525m), with all sprinters eligible for consideration in the Temlee.
The top three finishers from each of the eight Australian Cup heats will progress to four semi-finals the following week, while runners in the Temlee are granted automatic exemption into those semis.
