Stitch ‘Em Up (Bekim Bale x Niamh Premier Jun ’15) bounded out of the boxes and pushed his way to the lead from the outset. Thereafter it was never going to end any other way – our money was safe and our collect assured. One bet, one win; and we’ll take that any day.

Another five units profit jumps in to the punting kitty from our free tips taking us to a profit of 109.25 units in just 18 days. A starting bankroll of $1,000 is now worth $2,064.51 – a profit over over $1,000 in just over two weeks. Not bad work!

Best Bet: Race 6 Box 7 Bon Knocka
Happy to give Bon Knocka (Don’t Knocka Him x That’s Emma Lee Dec ’14) another run here back in grade to an Ipswich 4/5th mixed. Was fought off the track last start at Albion Park when looking a genuine hope of running in to the placings. Has had just the one start here for a fast win and looks suited from the wide draw as he can be a little tardy at the start but doesn’t mind going around greyhounds in the run. Recent Darwin Cup finalist Maurice Minor starts here as well but has no better best time at the track and can be just as slow at the start. His presence should just help us find some value.

Best Bet: Race 3 Box 2 Found A Diamond
Found A Diamond (Turanza Bale x Miata Oct ’14) ran well last week in the WA state National Sprint final but was given a greyhound racing lesson by Max Profit who reminded us all in emphatic fashion that most greyhound races are won by leaders. He blazed across from box eight and burnt the field off while Found A Diamond was still bumping off dogs. Very similar field tonight but gets one to chase from box one in Sassy Ginger who will be the leader. Sassy Ginger has won six of nine form box one and won a free for all last week in 29.89 (best). Those figures will see him start favourite and we’ll get value about Found A Diamond who could only manage third in the state final on the same night. With clear running and a “bunny” to chase we’re banking on Found A Diamond to run Sassy Ginger down. The one and two quinella is a moral for exotics players.
