Xtreme Knocka recently returned to the Jason Fletcher kennel and he debuted for them with a solid Bulli placing over 472m. Tonight he looks well placed in the red draw and he should be able to get a perfect sit behind expected leaders Gold Miss and Miss Pocano. He is a super talent when on song and if you can get $2.40 or better that is pinching money.
Miss Pocano scored a smart 30.08 win here recently and she should be in the mix again. She has very good box manners and in her recent victory she posted a more than handy 5.46 to the first marker. Tiggerlong Chick has been placed in six of her past eight starts and she isn’t too badly drawn in the middle. She likes to use a bit of the track and once she gets some open galloping room I expect her to hit the line nicely.
Top Four: 1 – 4 – 5 – 2

Cosmic Angel overcame some early difficulties when scoring here last week in 30.22 and with some luck early he should be able to go back to back. He is normally a much better beginner and if he can step away cleanly he should have no trouble crossing and if he does find the early lead a sub 29.90 run isn’t beyond him.
Billy Bowlegs is the most talented chaser in the event but his lack of early speed can sometimes be an issue. Four starts ago he set the Dapto track alight with a blistering 29.78 win after pouncing on the bunny early, if he can get some room in the first 50m he will prove very hard to hold out. Le Burglar has finally drawn a box and he should be able to settle much closer to the speed tonight. He isn’t as brilliant as the other two mentioned but he makes fewer mistakes in the run.
Top Four: 6 – 3 – 1 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Cosmic Angel

Miss Sueko has been taking on the state’s best chasers of late and she should appreciate the enormous drop in class tonight. Prior to her recent defeats, she had burst onto the scene with three consecutive wins here with two of them being in sub 29.70. In recent times she had been showing good early speed but was continually getting crowded at the first bend, Avondale Zena is the only runner in this event which can go with her early but she should have enough pace to hold her out.
Ritza Raider is another who has been racing without luck and from the pink box he should be able to regain some confidence. He has a great record here and he has terrific track sense, so if he can get through the first bend unscathed he should be in the finish.
Avondale Zena will settle on the speed and therefore she must be included in your exotics bets.
Top Four: 3 – 8 – 4 – 5
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Miss Sueko
Trifecta: 3,8/3,8/Field ($12 for 100%)

I keep making excuses for him but last week My Awesome Opal was desperately unlucky. After an average get away he appeared to clip heals and spear wider than he normally would through the first turn, however after all of this trouble he still managed to hit the line hard which differs from his normal race pattern. Tonight I’m willing to give him one more chance, so I’m hoping he can step cleanly and use his natural speed to lead at the first bend. This isn’t an overly strong race so if he leads he should be able to hold on.
Creepy Coupe has the class edge and although he likes to scout wide, he is actually well drawn in the red. From the red I would expect him to anticipate the start a little better and he is capable of reeling off slick sectionals when given room to move early. Bobby Blanco is the run on dog in the event, he is likely to get too far back early but he should run home into second or third spot.
Top Four: 4 – 1 – 5 – 7
Suggested Bets:
Each Way My Awesome Opal
Trifecta: 1,4/1,4/Field ($12 for 100%)
Quinella: 4 to rove with 1,5,7

Hougenie scored a brilliant 41.95 Albion Park win recently and she appears perfectly placed out wide. She is making her Wentworth Park debut so she will need some luck as they negotiate the first turn but if she can step on terms she should be able to burn them off. There isn’t a lot of depth in this event so with a clear run she should get the cash.
Pumped Up Zarr was placed in last week’s State Distance Championship Final and he will be suited by the empty draw directly underneath. Although he came from behind last week, he normally shows a bit more early dash so I would expect him to be a bit more prominent early. Cyclone Simone is drawn to settle in the top two but she really struggle in the final 70m, she can maybe hold on for a place.
Top Four: 7 – 6 – 1 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Hougenie

Quality line-up which sees Rue De Kahn return to her favourite track. She has been missing the kick of late, however I’m anticipating that she will step a lot better tonight. When she comes out well she is capable of reeling off blistering sectionals and she has posted a breathtaking 29.64 here previously. From the middle pin tonight and due to this being quite a strong race, I think she may go around at big over’s.
Cawbourne Whip was enormous when going down narrowly to Zipping Willow here last week and with some luck in the first 50m she should be in the finish again. Gradence as per usual will be hitting the line hard and say back me next time, however he always finds one better in this class, so it may be worth anchoring him for third and fourth in your exotic bets. Take It All is slowly returning to his best and he might be good value for the place in this.
Top Four: 4 – 3 – 2 – 6
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Rue De Kahn

Swan’s Mavis has come up with the coveted red draw and on her recent form she will take a power of beating. Two starts ago she led them up and she made gun chaser Cawbourne Whip work hard for victory. She should be able to hold them out at the first turn and at $4 or better she is great value.
Shanlyn Patch does his best racing from wide draws and he has won three of his five tries here. If he can get away on terms with them he should be a major player throughout. Avondale Charm has loads of talent but she will need all the breaks from the awkward draw. Queen Charlie has been racing in great form and although she is stepping up in distance she should be very competitive.
Top Four: 1 – 8 – 6 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Swan’s Mavis

Lani Banarni has returned to racing in devastating fashion and she should make it four in a row. In her three runs back from a spell she has stepped cleanly on each occasion and last week she did at both ends when she powered to the line in a sizzling 29.72. With two slow beginners drawn on her outside she should get plenty of room early and it should be game over soon after.
My Boy Snoop is a gun chaser but his lack of early speed always makes him a risk. He has won here previously in 29.70 and if he can somehow get through the first turn unscathed he should be able to make an impact. Supercell has the good draw and from the red he may be able to anticipate the start a little better, he is a very fast chaser on his night and he if Lani Banarni misses the kick he may just cause a boil over.
Top Four: 3 – 5 – 1 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Trifecta: 3/1,4,5/Field ($18 for 100%)

Are Jip produced an enormous performance to score here last week and with an ounce of luck initially he should score again. He is still learning to race but it appears he has natural track sense and he should continue to get better with every run. There is plenty of speed drawn in the four, so he should be able to get a nice cart across in the early stages.
Cawbourne Cobra is yet to win here in 12 tries but she has put in some big runs when placed. From the red he should get a clear run initially and she gets her chance to break through here. Eton Gold should set the pace but he is likely to fold up in the final 50m. This will be his fourth 500m run so he may be a little stronger in the run home tonight. Devine Awe rounds out the winning chances, he has been placed in seven of nine tries here and he is likely to settle in the top three early.
Top Four: 5 – 1 – 6 – 4

Father Skeeta has always had a huge amount of talent and he showed it at Gosford last time when scoring in a blistering 29.68. From the same draw tonight, I would expect him to either lead or sit just behind Bearded Midget early and he should then give her windburn off the back straight, a sub 29.80 is not beyond him with a trouble free run.
Bearded Midget should cross to an easy lead and she should be much better for her effort her last week where she folded up approaching the home turn. I don’t think she can hold on for the win but she should hang on for a place. Asia’s Babe is much better than her form suggests and being a keen railer she should get every chance from the two box. If she goes round at ridiculous odds she is worth an each way ticket.
Top Four: 1 – 2 – 8 – 5
