Wentworth Park Wednesday tips & odds | September 20, 2023
With the Million Dollar Chase heats drawing near, Wentworth Park will play host to 11 races this Wednesday night from 7:04pm onwards. The maidens, masters, stayers and battlers all get a chance to shine, and as always, Australian Racing Greyhound will try to find you some winners.
Race 3: Midnight Spritz (2)
From the all-conquering Lord kennel, this girl has only had the four race starts and has two wins to her credit. Her first run here was excellent behind Blue Goose Boy, and then she came out last week and won comfortably in good time. She comes into this restricted-class race as the best-credentialled runner and a nice draw in box two. There is no early pace at all in this race, so Midnight Spritz should be able to begin well, muster her pace and lead all the way.

Race 8: Blue Falcon (2)
With six wins from eight starts, Blue Falcon had been blistering around the Richmond 520m before finding trouble in his last run. His Wentworth Park debut is much anticipated as he looks towards bigger and better races in the coming months. His two 29.6 wins at Richmond were top class, and if he can repeat the dose of beginning well, he should have no trouble leading this field all the way home from the inside box.

Race 4: Leg Speed (4)
This boy has found his mojo again, destroying a good field in good time on his 600m debut at Dapto last week. He finds a 520m race here where six runners have a genuine chance to lead. He will be back in last on the fence early from this draw, and if those six potential leaders make a mistake or two at the first turn, he will rail underneath them and unleash his powerful sprint to take them out turning for home.
