The Meadows greyhound tips for June 25, 2022

will host a 12-race card on Saturday evening with the best race of the night being the Free For All race in race eight. All greyhounds have won over $10,000 each in the last 12 months and they have all won eight races or more. We have selected just two greyhounds for that race to end out quaddie which was a tough ask in itself. The quaddie legs get underway at 8pm over the 730m journey, whilst race one of the night starts at 6:39pm, a race which sees our best bet of the night go around for .

BEST BET: COLLINDA CHIPS (Race 1)

This x dog has two very good provincial wins to his name at and and we think he's ready to show his best here. He ran 25.23 at Ballarat over the 450m on June 17 after starting a bit slow and he only has to jump slightly better to win this well. He had a look at The Meadows last week when third after starting very slow from box five, so with a better draw in three and seeing the track for a second time, we are hoping he can settle at box rise. He ran a time of 30.63 here over the 525m journey last race and we think he can improve a few lengths on that which would make him very hard to beat.

NEXT BEST: KAI BALE (Race 2)

The -trained won well from the inside draw here last time and we think he has got a big chance again from the opposite side in eight. He was fifth when he raced from this draw last time over the track & distance but he wasn't too good away on that occasion. The 35.2kg son of x Ivy Bale jumped better last time and if he jumps like that again, he should run in the top three. He has tracked wide in a couple of races so box eight shouldn't be a huge concern.

Next Best

Race 2 – SilkKai Bale (8)

Form: 52121 | Career: 9: 3-2-1 | Trainer: Correy Grenfell

BEST VALUE: INDY GHOST (Race 11)

Box one should help Indy Ghost who doesn't win out of turn. He ran third from box one here on April 30 behind a smart one who is running in the free-for-all race tonight.
He only wins one in 10 races but an each-way play with online bookmakers might be the go here. He usually settles midfield in his races and from the cherry we think if he can settle behind the leader down the back, he will be strong to the line and place and pay healthy place odds.
